    The only downside that I can see about working at AT&T would be not being able to work everyday of the week!

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    good vacation time if you can get the days you want , vacation books are closed often

    Cons

    company does not care about employees or customers. tethered to your desk, cant go to bathroom except for break or lunch. first break can be as late as 5 hours into shift. procedures seem to be clear until managements job is on the line then they start looking for someone to fire. stress level is the very high. most reps take anti anxiety meds in fear that they might be fired at any moment

    Advice to Management

    get out of there and get a real career. att is firing managers all the time. dont be afraid to send employee suggestions on how to improve call center process to higher management
