    Pros

5 day work week, paid vacation, affordable health care

    Cons

Willing to reccomend AT&T to family and friends is a metric the rep is held accountable for. So when you get the survey give your rep a 10 or they might get written up. The wireless industry is saturated so the new focus is sell Tablets and wireless home phones.

    Advice to Management

Be leaders and not followers. This company use to be the innovator and now you see we're falling behind Verizon.

Every year is harder and harder to make money, they increase your quotas . You will never know what micromanagement is till you experience AT&T micromanagement.
