Pros

great benefits and salaries, room for advancement and relocation. easy to maintain life outside of work, and normal hours. never had to worry about pay or bonuses.

Cons

very political, and people not wanting to go above and beyond for fear of going outside the box. very slow to change or admit the need for change

Advice to Management

need to evolve out of the 20th century. Also worry less about their own backs and more about each others.

I have been working at AT&T

    Pros

Good benefits, lots of opportunity for overtime. Spoiled with the latest devices and store/service discounts.

    Cons

Lots of pressure from upper management

  2. Good pay rate and benefits, but difficult to grow. Really the best thing about AT&T is the pay and benefits.
