I have been working at AT&T part-time (more than a year)

Pros

AT&T compensates you very well and provides great benefits to employees. The store locations are up kept and provide a feeling of security. Most conduct rules and guidelines are acceptable.

Cons

The entire company is still based on seniority and often ignores requests of new hires. Management is not very attentive to employee concerns.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should take notice of employee concerns and not only focus on their number goals. It is not possible for them to reach their goals without the employees that work for them.

I worked at AT&T as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

    Pros were in the money

    Cons

Only cons was there was no definate job. Contract was up to 3 years but had no clue if it would last the entire time. Also, it was affiliated with/under IBM and we were last to know of issues or projects and that was sour practice. So it can depend on which section you work under.
