Pros

If you are interested in technology, AT&T is a great company to work for. AT&T keeps pace with technology changes and provides the resources for you to continue learning new things if you choose to do so.

Stable company with good pay and benefits.

Cons

Opportunities for advancement may be take time, depending on the department, satisfied employees tend to remain in their positions for a long time which is a good thing for stability but not for someone looking for quick advancement.

Continue to invest in your employees and continue to keep striving to have open communications at all levels.

    pay and benefits are good here

    1 bad equipment
    2 management
    3 stressful
    4 numbers game, dont care about quility
    5 no job security
    6 goals that you cannot reach or maintain
    7 difficult systems and unreliable systems
    8 att counts bad equipment against techs,cable boxes, modems is that fair ? never

    FOCUS on quality not volumes, start seeing employees and customers as an asset not yesterdays trash

    Pros

    Training is great. Benefits are also very good.

    Cons

    The company is too big and its very difficult to give a customer good service when you have to transfer them to a different department every time they have a concern about a different product. It's frustrating for both employee and customer.
