I have been working at AT&T

    Pros

Open door culture, you can share your thoughts with your manager. your views are heard. Gives options to work from home. Work life balance is good. More importantly, if mistake happens no fingure pointing, its more about solving the problem.

    Cons

process, process, process. Company focused on internal process more than customer. Many times process owner hind their mistake behind process.
