    Pros

For a large company there is good communication in your department. You will find lots of cooperation with other areas which will include those out of state.

    Cons

If you are in a union you will be in the seniority line, which can hinder you as far as being picked for projects, getting time off and other areas.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Share job postings more with your people and keep them motivated on the future.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits, good vacation time. AT&T really stresses personal safety in the work place and enforces the FLSA act. They are always reorganizing so job movement can be every two years if you want to move up and around.

    Cons

The insurance benefits have really increased in costs over the last few years. THey have changed the time between years of service when you get extra vacation days. After 12 years, i have 28 days of vacation. I have to hit 20 before i get another 5 days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Minimize leadership levels.
