Job Stability, Lure of working with a Fortune 100 company. Good Leadership, Competitive compensation. Good Peer groups. Learning Opportunity.

Cons

Bureaucracy, It is not easy to advance your career, Lots of processes which hinders your freedom and make work tougher .

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do something for the bureaucracy or it may fall flat at your face, May be it is working because other competitors are also facing the same issues.

I have been working at AT&T

    Pros

Salary, medical benefits, the company is stable.

Once you are employed there, most stay. In the sales environment, you must meet not only sales objectives, but other measurements like adherence, keeping customers from leaving the company,

    Cons

excessive overtime, very hard to move up (if that is what you want)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Immediate management is great, they are constantly bombarded by demands from higher ups on the food chain

I think some of the downsides are sometimes scheduling and lock of respect for lower management by higher ups.
