    Pros

Recognized for hard work and promoted accordingly.

    Cons

The union states they protect you but they have no real power.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Customer service is something you do, not something you say. The numbers you ask your employees is only good for quantity, not quality. There is a balance of the 2 ut they ave no clue.
