Pros

Great people to work with, great product in U-Verse and great benefits.

Cons

Some managers think they are Napoleon or Mussolini and have little to no compassion towards workers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember that Customers are your business and that your employees are your most valuable assets.
