    Pros

Good direct line manger, good job to have. Must be able to travel. Very lucrative career with very good benefits. Union sales job, very unusual in the industry.

    Cons

Job has changed since the yellow page portion was sold. Working conditions are not what they used to be, not sure how much longer will be a union based job.

    Advice to Management

Micro-management to unnecessary. Remember where the profits start!
