Very forward thinking company; continues to reinvent itself to stay ahead of the competition; great technology advances; great programs for employees to advance your career, as well as learning opportunities for both personal and career development

Cons

Salaries not as competitive as they should be for women. Difficult to get hired without internal connections

    The money. Co workers. training. some of the customers are nice. you learn a lot about dsl.

    Cons

    the management sucks. the rude customers you have suck. the hours kinda suck. not really felxable.

    please just listen to your customers and the agents that are on the phones. the management doesn't know much about our customers.
