Once was a wonderful place to work

Retail Sales Representative (Former Employee)
Phila, PA

I worked at AT&T full-time for more than 10 years

ProsCan make a decent living if you are willing to compromise values

ConsSales reps are held to impossible standards. The company wears you down until you quit, get fired or let go of all your ethics and do what you have to do to make your goals.

Advice to Senior ManagementYour employees are your most important asset, remember that........ Constantly pushing for unrealistic goals only creates a breeding ground for corruption and ultimately a poor customer experience. That number one customer satisfaction ranking from JD powers you want so bad is never going to be yours if you continue on your current path.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
