I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Great services and and devices. Goods benefits.

Cons

Poor life and work balance. Wages do not increase with cost of living increases. No room for advancement. Lots of micro managing creates high stress and turn over. Constant understaffing.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop micro managing and lead by example. Hire upper management that has actually worked in a retail environment.

    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The money was pretty decent and back before they got too big they valued their employees and had a vested interest in their growth.

    Cons

It's turned in to a company that sees its employees as just another number. Not a place you want to work if you want to be heard and work/life balance they could care less about.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the employee surveys that are conducted 3 times a year and actually listen to the feedback.
