I worked at AT&T full-time

Pros

paid vacation, sick time, great benefits, 401k, ira, and pay is great.

Cons

if you want a life outside of work don't be a prem tech. you will never see your family or friends. they word the contract so its states they can work you "per the needs of the business", meaning if they need you to work 10 hour days 6 days a week you will and yes this is done ALL THE TIME. they may even work the schedule around so that you are working 9,10, or 12 days straight and its perfectly legal due to how they break up the weeks and when your off days fall.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

stop over working the techs.
