Pros

the pay is great, schedule is ok as long as you have some years, job is easy, its a good place to work

Cons

if you want to move anywhere in the company it's all about who you know. they pick who they want to become a manager, doesnt matter how much time you have with the company, doesnt matter how much time you spent in school. If you want to move up bottom line you better find a manager to let you in other wise its not going to happen!!!! You have to learn to do things there way or you wont last long.

Advice to Senior Management

let your employees shine!!!! you would be amazed how much your employees want to do and learn if you just let them!!!!!!!
