Pros

Access to the best devices and technology. Good coworkers. Good vacation time and ability to communicate concerns to upper management

Cons

Work life balance is pretty bad, when they get you on salary they want you to work a lot of hours for no more pay. Short staffed stores but you are still expected to maintain the same or more sales volume.

    Pros

    Paid interns very well
    Presented work to executives

    Cons

    Not applicable to my major
    Team is spread across country
Often not enough work to do

  2. Loved being a bargained-for employee, not loving being a manager

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great pay, benefits, tuition aid, discounts. Having a union keeps there from being any radical abuse or overboard demands... if you're a union represented employee

    Cons

It's a large company, so there's not a lot of flexibility or special circumstances. You play the game or move on. Which can also be a pro, in a way. I've been dissatisfied in management because I don't feel secure in my job and I feel that the demands and expectations far outweigh the support and resources.

    Advice to Management

I think I just said what I needed to say...
