Not a bad job for young adults

ProsGood benefits, good 401k and pension plan, can be fun depending on the store you work in.

ConsNot really a sales job anymore.. Pretty much order takers if in retail..
Micro managed.. Commission structure is weak at best.

Advice to Senior ManagementNo advice to give.. They are like teenage boys, they already know everything.
