    Pros

Work from home with a lot of positions. Very good pay and depending on your upper management, freedom to work at your own pace.

    Cons

Training budget has been slashed to almost zero so a lot of learn as you go. Very budget conscious company so you will not get anything more than what upper management wants to give.

    Advice to Management

Be the industry leader and quit waiting for Verizon to go first.

  2. Helpful (1)

    I worked at AT&T

    Pros

Free iPhone and plan to go with it, along with health insurance and certain transportation reimbursements during training.

    Cons

Training program was more than 3 hours away and I had to use public transportation to get there at 8am. Internet, home phone, and other wireless product quotas being added on top of regular wireless sales became a huge burden.

    Advice to Management

Upper management was not able to connect the workers together as a team.
