ProsBenefits and working from home

ConsManagement they keep laying off workers then re hiring for the same position. They balance the budget by laying off workers. They never let the Management Team go though just the workers.

Advice to Senior ManagementLay yourself off, a change of management is what is needed to change the mind set to have new mobile solutions. Wireless is the way of the future.
