Great environment surrounded with people who are smart and sharp

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsWork with new and up to date technology while getting training (most of it online). The ability to move any where in the country due to all of the offices the company has. Work from home if your manager allows it.

ConsToo many people who drag their feet to accomplish work. Company uses ranking system which doesn't inspire individual to go above and beyond. Lots of red tape (forms and documents for everything!)

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to focus on inspiring their employees to reach for the stars.

Work… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Good pay stringent attendance/rules high pressure sales environment

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

    I worked at AT&T full-time

Pros: The company has a great pay scale and great benefits… Cons: There is a strenuous attendance policy unless you are someone who gets sick enough to take advantage of the federal medical leave act to cover… Advice to Senior Management: Appreciate employees who may take off 2 1/2 days a year sick as much as those… More
