I worked at AT&T full-time

Pros

Loved most the people I worked with and loved the management within the store. Great pay and benefits

Cons

Must sell your soul to the devil to make it. I have always been successful in sales and being honest about it. This company pushes lies and slams customers with products. Quota is too high most of the time and job security is always threatened.

Advice to Management

Not to store management.. more to corporate.. Find your valuable employees and reward them. And review the amount of returns because particular reps get away with murder although the illusion of high numbers seems nice in the long run the lost revenue and lost customer loyalty will destroy the company
