    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Pay was okay but could not rely on increases through the union.

    Cons

Management is clueless on potential of their employees hence the laziness. Promotion, what is that? Lower level employees know more about their job than the manager do. Job performance review was a joke since the manager does not know what you do on your job. Manager/s (ones I dealt with) loved to lie to you and blow smoke up your ass to make you feel good. No respect for my previous manager.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of the dead weight and especially the lazy managers who do not know their jobs and their employees they supervise. Use the young and talented minds to grow the company.
