Pros

No company is perfect, but in my experience the company tries to treat their people well. I have been very fortunate to be part of this company.

    Great Training, Great Pay, Great Rewards!!! If you have a dream this company gives you all the tools to accomplish it.

    Cons

    If I told you a Con about this compnay I would be lying as hard as it is to believe. I have been approached by several other companies for similar positions but will not leave!

    Pros

    Good pay, great benefits and ample resources provided to employees which supports reaching individual potential and accomplishing company and personal objectives.

    Cons

    Large corporation with highly regimented command and control structure can be somewhat stifling to creativity and frustrating to those who want to see things change quickly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Ask more questions of those on front lines before making major changes that impact customers and employees.
