Pros

Very flexible and plenty of support for family activities.

Cons

Empty promises and no room for growth in the company. Management is fairly incompetent. AT&T is far from the great company that it was 20-30 years ago.

I worked at AT&T as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

I really can not add anything to the pros section except that the position is remote.

    Cons

AT&T is very disorganized. Management makes an effort to please their management versus getting the job done correct.y. There is a lot of in fighting between departments about financial issues. Infiltrated by outsources who drive the rates and salaries down.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To attract steady talent raise your rates. Keep the jobs in the United States.

I worked at AT&T as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Lots of learning resources. Teamwork and collaboration to meet project requirements encouraged. Benefits equate to many permanent jobs.

    Cons

Can be hard to reach upper management, since they are always on trips or on call. Definitely feel like a small cog in a giant machine.
