Sales Support Representative (Current Employee) Houston, TX

ProsPay is higher than competitors, looks excellent on resume, gained a lot of insight in sales and the company's operations in general.

ConsNepotism, favoritism, no work/life balance. Company is all about the all mighty dollar- Commission structure & staffing changing for the worse for salespeople, mobile plans DO NOT benefit the consumer...but then again-it's AT&T we're talking about...

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep indecent relationships hidden from staff, be HONEST, and be FAIR.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
