The leadership and culture of AT&T takes one of the largest families in the list of Fortune 500 companies, and makes you believe that you play a key role each and every day. The career growth opportunities, focus on continuous innovation and incredible benefits are just a handful of reasons why I plan to spend the entirety of my career at AT&T.

Cons

There are so many interesting jobs it is difficult to choose just one.

Pretty good pay, nice employees and your job really is not going anywhere unless you are in a call center.

    Cons

Ever changing sales goals and the management is a pretty terrible set up in general.

    Pros

Job security is very high at AT&T. It is the sort of company that it is good to come into if you have a good level of experience at other companies and don't have to build a salary while at AT&T.

    Cons

You are luck if a raise is enough to cover inflation
