Approves of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

Benefits were good, managers have a fair amount of autonomy.

Cons

Pay is abysmal if promoted from within, commission is terrible. Entry level managers are great, but as you go up the food chain there is less intelligence and creativity.

Advice to Management

You will reap what you sow. Hire and retain quality employees whenever possible. Hire smarter people and avoid yes men.

    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at AT&T full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Professional for the most part and a great training process.

    Cons

Very stressful with unnecessary paperwork and lots of micro-management. Women use sexual harassment as a means of power which makes the workplace extremely uncomfortably along with weak Union representation. Union reps use their positions as a means of company advancement.

    Advice to Management

Treat the employees with respect and dignity.
