Pros

Friendly people, good management, opportunity to grow

Cons

No cons really. The company is too big to really care too much about individuals.

    Pros

Benefits are great, as are your coworkers and some managers

    Cons

The commission structure changes for the worst every year and the goals increase as the compensation decrease inversely.

    Advice to Management

Hire competent store managers that are not just yes men as they would lead the sales team in a much better way and drive better results

  2. Culture and job challenge mean a lot in terms of one's passion for the opportunity!

    Pros

Latitude to do the job well, culture, colleagues, challenge, opportunity.

    Cons

Large corporate entity....learning to understand between the lines.

    Advice to Management

Value the people who serve on the front lines, enable them to do the job well! Value diversity not just in terms of people, but their work styles and those qualities they excel in. Support development and growth in both personal and professional ways.
