Pros

I really enjoyed my co-workers. Although this is a sales driven job, my co-workers never stepped on each others toes or stole customers from one another. I liked the constant educational opportunities that the company provided.

Cons

The company is constantly changing their comission structure which makes it hard to know how you'll get paid out for selling certain products or features.
