    Pros

The fringes are good, pay is competitive

    Cons

No job is stable working at AT&T, maintaining a 95% or better MSOC requirement is a must, but even meeting over a 100% rating may not be sufficient. I personally scored over a 100% making 5 star with the company and still got laid off.

    Advice to Management

Advice to management is to please give employees more than a 2 week notice to find another job.

    Pros

This job does have a great lower infrastructure, but like all jobs it reports to a higher one that is full of people that have never been in sales.

    Cons

Higher level management grades performance not on sales as much as what they call Willing to Recommend, it's a metric used to measure if poeple are willing to recommend friends and family to us. The problem the only people who take this survery do it to complain and it's against the rules to tell customers to take it so we look goo (even though we did). Plus it is a survey out of 10, but they grade it so if you don't get a 9-10 you fail.

    Advice to Management

Take your survey's and keep them to yourselves. Use the if you need to coach, but people are going to complain and rate unfairly.
