Pros

Steady pay, benefits; service discounts.

Cons

Management, management, lack or moral boosting or team work. You must know someone closely and be there for 20 years to have any hope of advancement with no look at merit.

    Pros

Great co-workers who are very knowledgeable and willing to assist to get the job done.

    Cons

No real job security or false sense of job security. The company preaches quality of work, products and customer service, but it is all a lie.

Great pay, but a lot of ridiculousness .

    I worked at AT&T

    Pros

The pay and benefits were great. I really enjoyed the people I worked with and the ability to have overtime.

    Cons

The union does not care about you and your sales position. Numbers quotas are unreasonable. Have fun selling alarm services and wireless home phone and taking corrective action when you miss your quota one these hard to sell items.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Why would you spend 10+ years trying to move the business plan to a cellular phone oriented field and then penalize your employees with write ups and union action for not selling Wireless Home Phone? Maybe I was just at a bad COR store. It almost felt like I was at church.
