I worked at AT&T full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

It is stable employment if you have some seniority. The pay is decent, especially if you don't have a college degree.

    Cons

They try to standardized jobs that aren't standard. A square peg in a round hole.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the people on the front line.
