Pros

Pay, hours (considering is retail), upward mobility, benefits, tuition reimbursement

Cons

Retail management career takes way too long to really make big money, lots of extra hours when in management

Advice to Management

Maintain good talent let the retail people move into other departments without so many issues

    Pros

Management is supportive and is willing to help in any way they can to win business. Decent pay and benefits but healthcare program is a little lacking. Pay is average compared to other sales organizations with similar revenue and account responsibilities.

    Cons

Opportunity to grow up to middle management but tough to break through to the next (director) level. Company tends to hire from outside to fill higher level jobs leaving the employees who have been here with limited upside mobility.

    Advice to Management

Set obtainable goals to increase energy and excitement throughout the businesses. Develop career path for sales executives with upward mobility opportunities.
