    Pros

"Professional growth opportunities, training & developing, compensation, benefits, and working with great people."

    Cons

Job security due to frequent lay-offs.

    Advice to Management

My only suggestion would be in regards to the lay-offs. Consider opportunities to fill current job postings with identified employees impacted by departmental restructuring that could very well be qualified to do the job. There's a lot of training and development hours that are wasted when good talent is let go.
