    Pros

Great products, and a good bunch of people. You learn a lot about the corporate culture and what it means to be treated like a professional. The knowledge gained from working with a large organization is priceless and is something you can take with you wherever your career journey takes you.

    Cons

Constant change. Just when you get in a rhythm and good at your job, management changes things. Not to mention the workload is unbearable. If you work a virtual office position, then plan on working your personal life away. Work life balance is non existent, and if you cannot get the job done, then someone else will be able too.

    Advice to Management

Lessen the work load on sales people and give them more support. NPS is the key to keeping customers and if sales cannot tend to their needs, then they will most likely be inclined to go to the competition.
