Pros

Mature, well educated competent work force. The office environment is top notch. All offices, no cubes.
Very challenging work.

Cons

AT&T is strictly a service provider. They do not make any products.
I came from product development. Work days are 9-5 and not weekends.
At AT&T, customer service is premier and that dictates your work schedule. Nights, weekends, etc.

Also, most of the teams are distributed across the country. You may never see a coworker face to face, you will only know their voices on a conference call.

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
