    Pros

    As a previous retail sales employee, I know the potential for money that is possible with this business. I am happy to be back with sales once again. The benefits with AT&T are tremendous. 50% wireless and internet service discount for your family. It is a stable company and has been around for years. They have great service and I am happy to be a part of the great Frankfort KY team!

    Cons

    Sometimes being so quota driven can overshadow being able to have fun and enjoy your job. Try to keep it fun and upbeat all the while meeting your numbers each month.

    Advice to Management

    ALWAYS treat your employees the way you want to be treated!! Make the work environment a fun atmosphere all the while getting the job done. You CAN do both! Being money hungry and quota focused should not be the top priority. Customer service should always be key to your customers AND employees BUT absolutely striving to be the best in the business. Take care of your employees and treat them right and you will be amazed how much harder they will work for you all the while meeting their quota expectations making them $$$ as well as their management and the company. It really can be a fun place to work and that is the way it should be! Just remember to have a great time and enjoy life in the midst of your job and make it a career! One that you and your employees look forward to going to work to each day!

    None. Nothing good to say about this company..

    Never good enough. There are so many departments and so many goals/new initiatives that it makes it impossible to succeed.
