I have been working at AT&T part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay is above average, especially since it's unionized, get paid for holidays and benefits are good, they offer tuition Reinbursement.

    Cons

The schedule, you WILL work every weekend and holiday like 4th of July and Memorial Day, if management wants to get rid of you they will find anything and use it to let you go. Commission structure changes at least 3 times a year and they expect you to sell more and not get paid for it

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great place to grow and try different things.
Excellent for a self starter, but tough if you are looking for someone to point the path out for you.

    Cons

Be prepared to fill more than just your own shoes (and wear them out).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mentor the people under you. If they do well, so will you.
