I have been working at AT&T

Pros

The pay and the benefits are great. I think the company generally acts with integrity. I think they have an honorable code of conduct.

Cons

The training could be better. The workload in my position is heavy and results in providing slow service to many of our customers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would like to see the company negotiate with the union to provide guaranteed job positions in exchange for salary reductions or perfomance based salary.

    I worked at AT&T

    Pros

The people are professional, meetings are timely, there is a lot of independence, compensation was good, you can work from home.

    Cons

Process heavy, requires a dozen people to make a decision, low accountability between groups meaning difficulty in completing tasks you are responsible for that are dependent on other groups.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Institute a culture of accountability so that cross deparmental tasks can be accomplished without acrimony and individual team members can do their jobs.
