    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Would love if more managers would have offered advice looking for jobs, or helped get another opportunity within the country upon graduation.

I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay and benefits are good.

    Cons

The Atlanta area stores are a nightmare. Management is absolutely lost and consistently receiving unfair pressure from upper management, which they then use to harass their employees. Nothing is ever good enough. Goals are almost impossible to meet. Management clearly only cares about hitting numbers. I've met managers from other areas that were much nicer and better at actually managing people. The problem is that only "good" salespeople are promoted to management jobs, and around 90% of these people have absolutely no idea how to manage people--they only know how to be pushy. Everyone is consistently stressed out, you aren't allowed to sit down at all (???), and if you get through the day without being yelled at it's a good day. Don't take this job if you have other opportunities. Definitely don't take this job if you have a family! And if you're offered a job as an RSC in the Atlanta area, don't take it if you value your sanity.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Calm down and focus on helping your employees grow rather than harassing them and constantly chastising them.
