I have been working at AT&T full-time (more than 3 years)


The money here is great. You get to bid for your schedule that goes by seniority and if you need time off for an emergency you go into your app and take the time off and schedule the hours missed to make up on another day of your choice. Benefits were great but many of them have changed. Great vacation time, personal paid days off, sick time, major holidays guaranteed off, and endless opportunities. You should listen to the people complain and pay close attention to what they are saying. Yes, the expectations are at a high level. Yes, you have a lot of pressure on you, and yes, you have to put up with nonsense at times. You find a job that doesn't require their employees to work hard and they'll be sure to pay minimum wage. You are paid a nice hourly wage PLUS commission AND cash incentives JUST for doing your job. Do what you are asked and you won't have a problem. I promise.


There is a lot of pressure to meet your targets. If you do not like sales don't apply. If you cannot handle constructive criticism almost daily, don't apply. If you do not like helping upset customers, don't apply. Benefits have decreased while profits for the company have increased. I was hired before the changes started.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the employees and get something done about the lack of communication. There should not be five answers to one question.
