Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

compensation, incentives, paid vacations, training and opportunity to move up if you want.

Cons

no structure in leadership models, inpatient directors and vpgm's, sales reps have more power and are valued more then managers

Advice to Management

just be fair to managers and leaders in the store. Too often very good people lose there jobs based off targeting from other employees and that should be closely looked at.

If you have a busy store it's good money but a lot of micromanagement.

    Cons

Pay not as good as it use to be, bad management, and not enough room to move up in company.

    Advice to Management

Promote the good managers and fire the bad managers

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at AT&T full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great pay, benefits and training. I've had the opportunity to learn a lot about telecom, consultative sales, and leadership. Have developed very strong relationships with fellow colleagues.

    Cons

It is such a huge company that you can feel like you don't matter. Hard to understand the decision making process at the top, because you have such little involvement. Can lead to employees feeling powerless and resentful. Hard to feel like you can control much. The higher leadership team can feel inaccessible to the employees.

    Advice to Management

Please make the employees feel more valued. Pay sales people for their hard work, don't change the comp plan half way through the year and decide to not pay for sales that were originally included in the plan.
