Micro management is beyond ridiculous. Too focused on sales and not around the customer as a whole

    Great co-workers, decent pay, decent benefits

    Cons

    difficult to balance work & life: no set hours, no opportunities for advancement in uverse, not many regulations & procedures designed to help Technicians, no sick days!!
