San Ramon, CA

Current Employee – been working at AT&T

ProsSteady work flow
Overtime is always available
Autonomy, independence.
Health benefits-
Company sponsored Training
An abundance of technical support within the Company.

ConsPay is seriously deficient for type of work performed. In addition to installing the physical aspect of the product, you are now expected to also set up the home network - enabling computers for file sharing, printers, wired and wireless, peripherals, gaming equipment. And troubleshooting / correcting the Inside wiring for telephone service.
Mandatory incidental overtime- you will work hard and be asked to do more. Always!
You have no control over what days you work or have off.
Advancement for Premise technicians are rare, you are locked in to your title.

Advice to Senior ManagementPremise technicians wages should reflect what the Company is asking and expecting them to do.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
