Decent top-end pay, good benefits, and retirement package is acceptable. As an outside repair tech, you will not be micromanaged.

Cons

AT&T believes they own you. If you work as a technician, you will be there seven days a week, ten to twelve hours a day most of the year.

Advice to Senior Management

After forty hours a week, the law of diminishing returns on technicians becomes apparent. Abusing the employees is not a long-term strategy.
