I worked at AT&T
Pros – If you can act & groom up like a decent human being, you can probably be hired by a AT&T Wireless Store.
Cons – Soul crushing agony - you are literally selling cell phones, day after day after day. Everything in the business environment openly encourages you to scam customers.
Advice to Senior Management – You might consider putting a little less stress on micro managing the weekend sales figures, and put more focus on improving the customer experience for the other five days of the week.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
