AT&T Wireless – “retail sales”

Pros

Pros are definitely the pay and the benefits. AT&T is a huge company and if you can take it long enough, you can promote to do almost anything.

Cons

It was my personal experience that there is terrible communication between management and employees. I was never able to switch shifts without getting hassled.

Advice to Senior Management

I feel like the management role was given to people that produce numbers...and that was the only factor. a manager has to be a good communicator as well or you're going to lose employees
