AT&T Wireless – “Great job, but beware the caveats”

Pros

Good overall company, but not spending enough on the network to compete with Verizon. Great devices require a great network.

Cons

Work load increasing at a fast pace annually and not compensated for it. At some point people break down under the stress.

Advice to Senior Management

Stay true to our roots, wireless. Trying to be all things to all people will make you a master of none.
