Advice to Senior Management

-Stop always thinking about just the share prices and remember the little guys doing the work once in a while. You may end up with more buy in.
- Planning things out is not a bad thing. Try looking at the short and long term of what you are doing and consider how you are rolling things out and see if it makes sense.
