Current Employee – been working at AVI Foodsystems Inc. part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Paid vacation, supervisors are great people and really do care about you
You get what you put into your work
Cons – If you do not make inventory goals you get threatened during reviews with firing
Advice to Senior Management – Bring back the Christmas bonus!
