recent round of layoff proved one thing, how to survival is not depending on your perfornmance and skill, but on the power of you boss and how they play polictics. Some teams are very important, but were cut or downsized because theire bosses is not big enough, and some teams has nothing to do, but still have more buget to hire. There is no "fair" in AXA dictionary.

Frech doesn't know how to do business in USA., but they think they are the best and blamed everything on others. Very stupid.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen employees and be humble.
